EPS foam is light-weight and extremely durable. It is less expensive than wood, plaster or concrete. It can be molded into custom design features that are affordable and easy to install. Cost savings can be found in the design stage as you work with our CAD program. We have dozens of standard drawings on file for basic moldings and trim or custom shapes can be drawn at our shop, cutting out expensive design time. Additional savings are found in the installation phase. We can provide your stucco and finsih crews with training so that you can do the work yourselves.

Our product is available in raw form that you can finish or we can provide you with foam that is base coated (recommended) - this is a cementious base coat that is applied to strengthen and seal the foam. This base coat can be primed, painted or plastered.

For completely finished pieces ready to be adhered, we also offer 100% acrylic sanded hardcoat in the following finishes: smooth, fine sand, coarse sand, knock-down and coral stone. Purchasing foam with a hardcoat finish enables you to just cut to size and adhere with adhesive. You can include your custom colors in the hardcoat mix or choose from our palette. High mildew and temperature resistant, hardcoated foam is excellent for high traffic areas.
